After recently moving to Sacramento, I spent a few weeks researching dentists to find the right fit. Today, I can say that I sure have found my new dentist! The customer service throughout the entire process (cleanings & fillings) has been great. The font desk person, Pauline, remembered me (which shows they are very personable) and always has a warm smile on her face. In addition, the dentist went through great strides to pay attention to detail to ensure my fillings were done correctly!
Throughout the process, (both cleanings & fillings), they consistently explain the process and keep you in the loop on what they're doing. I feel like I'm treated as a human being and not just another appointment on their calendar. They were able to curb my anxiety by putting on Netflix during the procedure, which really made me feel at home.

In addition, the automated appointment confirmation makes it convenient for me to confirm my appointment. They've worked around my schedule to get me in for appointments at odd times, which is very much appreciated.

Overall, great customer service and an amazing job by the staff. HIGHLY recommend this dentist to anybody who wants a dentist that treats you as you're their only patient!

I started seeing Dr Sun because my colleague at work recommended her. I’ve been a patient now for 7 years. Dr Sun is very thorough. She explains my treatment options in detail and is very patient and knowledgeable. She does excellent work. Her staff is very kind and making appointments is easy. I highly recommend her to all my friends.

The entire office staff were very accommodating and kind. Doctor Sun is excellent and caring. I am confident my dental health is taken care of and I always look forward to more service with her and her entire staff. Being there for the first time it was as if I had known them forever. They gave the Best Customer Service

Everyone should visit this place the staff are great, but Pam the hygienist is awesome person. Pauline and Jo are both friendly as well and you will enjoy doing business with them. God bless you always !

I have been a patient at Natomas Family Dentistry for over 20 years. Even as the practice has exchanged hands throughout the years, I have always experienced nothing but the most professional and best dental care. What I also find refreshing is that the practice seems to always get the latest and greatest technology. I know this as I have religiously been going every six months for my cleaning and/or xrays and it's kind of cool to see how procedures have changed over the years.

They are patient, kind and I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for my appointment (even when I've run a little late!)

I've already recommended two of my friends and recommend others try them out as well.

I was most impressed that the dentist checked each and every tooth inside and out thoroughly for the health of the gum around each tooth. Never had that done before! The digital X-rays was quick and painless, technology is so cool! And lastly, what an amazing staff staying late to make sure my teeth were 101% clean for my coming wedding. She spent over an hour cleaning my teeth being very gentle but thorough! I can't say that enough, they are extremely thorough! Recommending them to all my family and friends. :)

Natomas Family Dentistry is one of the better dental offices in the region. Both Dentists (Sun & Cheng) are excellent. I needed a crown and Dr. Cheng was meticulous in his fitting and treatments. Dr. Sun is professional and takes the time to explain the procedures, as does Dr. Cheng. The dental hygienist is gentle and also takes the time to explain what she's doing. Staff are friendly, courteous, and understanding when you need to reschedule an appointment. In rating them, on a score of 1-10, with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest, I would give them a 10.
